Default fast battery discharge

After charging my batteries all of them read 6.4v but after running just a few miles they all read 6.1v - 6.2v. What could be causing them to go dead so quickly?

How old are they, how well have they been maintained as in water level and frequency of charge?

Less than 1 year old and water levels have been maintained and have been charged after every use.

Redo this test for each individual battery and see if you can find one that is worse than the others....one bad battery can let the pack down.

While you could have one or more battery that could be defective.... Have you checked that your cart rolls freely? Check that your wheel bearings and brakes are not dragging, is the tire pressure too low? Too much toe in on the front end can make the cart hard to push. Tight motor bearings? Is all of your big battery to controller to motor wiring all clean and tight?

maybe JohnnieB will chime in soon..

But till then, Autozone uses automotive style tester (at least here) .
The automotive tester does not put enough load on the batts to really test them.

Let your batteries "Rest" at least 15 minutes (30 minutes is what I use when battery testing) after driving cart to get a reasonably accurate at-rest voltage.

Checking the voltage immediately after stopping will give you low voltage readings.
