I am in Charlotte NC area and I never see carts go for less than 1500, unless batteries are shot. They bring 17-1800 with decent batteries and no modifications. Lifted, tires, wheels, rear seat, ect bring 4000 all day long with good batteries.

I just sold one that I used last summer for like $2400. It was a 09 PDS with 1 year old batteries and a 6 month old rear flip seat.. Sounds like I should have taken it to Charlotte..

And OP, $400 is a pretty good deal for an 03 series

I think to start out I'm going to keep it simple, but of course we all know how that goes....last summer I was just going to put headers on my garage queen & $4k later I stopped buying stuff for it.

I'm very open to suggestions!
