200 Amp Alltrax Solenoid Problem

Hi, I Wish All A Safe & Happy Thanksgiving Holiday."GOD BLESS AMERICA". I Installed An Alltrax 200Amp Solenoid In My 06 36V PDS Cart.Simple Enough,When Completed My DCX400PDS Controller Gave Me The Green Light.The Cart Never Again Moved An Inch? I Called Alltrax Tech Support & They Had Me Jack Up The Cart & Do Various Tests.It Seems Everything Was Wired Correctly,Hence The Green Light.But, When The Accelerator Pedal Was Pushed I Immediately Got 6 RED Lights & The Cart Wheels Never Moved.Their Phone Diagnosis Was The Solenoid Was Defective! I Then Stated You're Saying The Solenoid That I Bought From You & Installed In Place Of A Perfectly Working Although Low Amp,Stock EZGO Solenoid Is BAD! The Reply Was Just Send It Back...We're Shipping You Out A Replacement. Not Good Enough,I Ripped Out The Alltrax & Stuck The EZ GO Back In & SURPRISE The Cart Runs As Good As Ever! A Lesson Learned,IF IT AIN'T BROKE LEAVE IT ALONE..........I Know There Will Be The YOU'LL BURN IT UP COMMENTS.I Just Don't Give A SHI@! Talk About Going 1 Step Forward & 6 Steps Back......If Alltrax Made Only One Bad Solenoid I Was Guaranteed To Get It.*actually it was made in CHINA where else.
