Default Want more speed

Hi,
Just got a reply back from EMP about a motor rebuild for my upgraded 1986 EZGO. Here is the info I gave them on the questionaire:

MANUFACTURER:
> E-Z-GO

Their reply was:

At this time we can not help you with your application.

I'm not sure what's up with that.

Does anyone have any ideas. I would still like to increase my top speed.

after 88 most stock motors are NLA so you haveto repair them and they sell all the parts to repair that may be why they can,t help with a high speed but someplace out there has to be able to do something for it................................

EMP rebuilt my 10 spine motor. Made it into two speed motor. I have it installed but not wired in yet.
They will probably need your motor to rebuild. I don't think they stock cores of these old motors. Call them up and talk to Andrea. They are nice people.

although i have never talked with any of them or met any of them ( d&d ) employees i have also never heard a bad word about them.........quite the other way around, everyones thinks very highly of them and the Co.............i know if i find the need i won,t hesitate..............................
