Default Bad boy buggy quits intermittent

I own a 2008 bad boy buggy, I'm having a problem with it stopping, after it does this I can usually switch the fwd rev switch a few times and make it go again, sometimes after this it seems to pull down in speed afterwards Any suggestions? Batteries are 2 yrs old and also run down in 1/2 hr or so.Thanks

Don't know about the battery issue, but on my buddy's 07 or 08 BBB, we ended up replacing the keyed switch with a heavy duty toggle and that fixed the majority of our issues relating to the stopping issue. The **** time out on the F/R switch is annoying. You drive and then stop. If you stop for more than 3 minutes, you have to toggle the F/R switch up and down to go again. I don't know if that time/ relay is contained in the switch itself or not, but if I find it, it's gone.

Thanks for response, I'll try to check out ignition switch, not sure if it may just be low voltage, that's what I had someone else tell me..

I had the same problem and was told to try starting it with the switch in the neutral position. It solved my intermittent stopping/braking problem.
