just for shits and giggles what brand were the batteries? now also keep this in your head new batteries have to be broken in thats as important as maintaining them.........when you get them they are only 70 to 75% so the 1st 10 to 12 complete charge/discharge cycles are very important.........when you plug charger in leave it charge till charger shuts off on its own and that may take 16 hours or so............than drive cart and try to not let them drop much past 50% discharge and than charge again and leave it be till charger is done..........when they are broke in you,ll notice it by speed runtime and charge time will drop so don,t panic if when you 1st start driving it the cart is slow and seems like you didn,t gain anything cause you will and you,ll notice it.......................................

Don't jump the gun just yet. Check and double check all of them real good. It does sound like batts. If you find just 1 bad one and don't wanna replace them all....replace it with a used one. You should be able to find a used one or a few at a golf cart shop.

You could charge them individually to try and get them back up....if all of that doesn't work then replace them. Don't buy on price alone get what you pay for. Trojan makes the best hands down.

Edit* Shadow beat me to it....anyways, my 0.02.
