I appreciate all the feedback, I appologize for getting everyone fired up. I will do some more research as soon as (wife) allows and we will get this figured out. If I wanted to "load test" the motor how would I do that?

One day I hope to answer questions rather than ask, hang in there with me

Hey, Rio ...... we need to put the above welcome disclaimer on the register form !!!!

I know how to test a motor but not load test? Do you suspect it needs brushes? Why?
