ezgo moves slow
I have a 97 non dcs ezgo. It has new batteries that are fully charged. every voltage test is fine. I have battery voltage on red wire at controller. .5V to 1.7 on white. B+ to M- with pedal down is battery voltage (38v) The only curious thing is that the voltage increases to 45 on my meter after a while. Any ideas?
