I will post pictures today.... I had to put this on hold for a few days for a few other projects.... I can post pictures of the 02 PDS getting a speed chip, stereo, and having the golf course labels removed....but I think it would put you all to sleep.

I should be finished with this cart today or tomorrow.... I'll post up.

It's been a while since I have made any progress... well - so far everything is pretty much done. Motor and controller are in, lift, tires, and 12v lighting is completed too.

All that is left to do is mount up the top, install the new windshield, and some general odds and ends.... I think I will go with the on board charger for the additional 12v so I can retain the original charger.

Quick sneak peek at some of the lighting.... For some... it's all about the bling.

I took it out for a test ride tonight (not a full charge either). I estimate that the 500a Alltrax, 48 volts and the speed motor from EMP have this thing somewhere in the 35mph range.... it's SCARY fast and will still pull the front wheels off of the ground!

Very nice. Do you do your own painting or send it out? I want one now but hard to do on the old GM retirement.

Very nice job! Did EMP rework your D&D motor?

That's not mine. Thats a customer cart. EMP did a rebuild of a EZGO Hi Speed motor that comes in a Freedom. Needless to say - at a GPS of more than 35mph - it's FAST!
