2008 E-Z-Go RXV
New to the forum....I have replaced rear shocks and heavy duty springs on our golf cart and am trying to keep up with any maintenance that members may offer to help keep our E-Z-GO trouble free and running smoothly. Thank you in advance....Bill

Re: 2008 E-Z-Go RXV
Wash and clean your batteries & terminals often (i have been seeing more wire harness problems with rxv due to corrosion/ lack of cleaning). Check the terminal nuts too, keep 'em snug. Keep battery water above plates, but below fill ring inside battery to avoid acid mess. Charge anytime cart was used, dont let batteries sit unattended for long periods (never longer than a month unused without a charge cycle). Try to avoid discharging more than 50% to maximize battery life (replacement intervals). For maximun range per charge, keep tires aired to max psi on sidewall. NEVER turn key off while vehicle is moving, try to avoid pressing brake pedal to the point of brake lockup unless its a matter of crashing or not crashing.
