New XCT500, solenoid and related goodies. A HUGE thanks to Scotty for all the help as always. Going down from a DCX600 that did a little puffing on me recently. Looking forward to the install tonight and to get the cart back on the road/dirt. Will update soon..... And again,

Peak output is 575a and sustained outputs are equal to the 600 but the XCT makes a more torque through out the pedal range when turbo and hunting mode is selected.

Okay here it goes. I had some wiring issues to fight through. I was getting an open field code and over/under throttle voltage. Finally found a pin on J4 was not making connection. I really like the feel of the map that is installed. Seems to have much more torque throughout pedal travel. The regen thing is hard to get used to. Kinda odd it slowing down on it's own but should help brake wear. My top speed is 25 right now. I just switched out my 25x11x10 low pressure mud tires to some 23x10x14 higher pressure. The size is great, love the fan idea and the mounting bracket is a must! I have not played with any settings as of yet but will update as needed. Thanks again to cartsunlimited and Alltrax for all the help!

You are welcome Before you change any settings save the throttle curve to file so you can reinstall if needed. Also take a screen shot of page 1, page2 for reference if needed in the future. A lot of trial and error went into the current setup.

25 MPH is only about 4600 RPM, if your tires are truly 23" tall.

Can you snap some pics of your install? Does the mount bolt directly to the frame plate, or to the factory heat shield that the factory controller bolted to?

Will do Johnnie, and the motor is a 502.1 I believe.

As Scotty posted it lays on the heat sink. I did shave mine so it was flat. I trimmed the mounting plate around the base shape of the controller to hide it and mounted the run/tow to the l/f of solenoid bracket.
