33 volts may or may not make it move. If it does move it will be very little and not enough to ride.

I do know I have to replace batteries but I was just checking to make sure there wasnt any other problems. Like I said when the pedal is mashed it makes a sound but doesnt move.

Does it make ANY movement at all....like it's trying to move but won't? Jack up the rear end, get the rear wheels off the ground and then see if it moves.

I jacked up cart but wheels still dont move-forward or reverse

What is the pack voltage when trying to move? Does it drop down?

Yes it drops to about 28 volts I think.

Wayne, I went back and read this thread and was wondering if the charger has been used on the cart? Have you tried charging the battery pack???

Yes, I did charge it but it still doesnt move. The cart did used to move but has sit up for about 2 weeks, then I tried to charge it and then it didnt move. I'm just confused about the noise it makes when you mash the pedal, it really just sounds like its dead but not sure.
