Default ezgo charger

I have a powerwise 36volt charger when you hook it up it will click and go to about 6 amps but it was going to 25 amps before and then slowly dropping. Any help Thanks

Capacitor bad. Replace with capacitor of same Mf rating, none of this "will a 3mf be ok to replace my 4mf?" stuff. You will need to open your charger to get the number of yours.
