He said it was a 700 amp BU controller. They are not labeled as a "direct" replacement controller, they are upgrade controllers. If they told him it was a "direct" replacement I would send it back.

Is it part #SCP EZ SP011?

The SCP EZ SP011 controller is listed to be for 94.5 and newer EZGO's with an ITS throttle. It's the right controller, they just didn't put any instructions in the Box. Not much different install than an Alltrax AXE controller. You have to cut wires and use spade terminals on those for 94.5 and newer installs.

There are quite a few aftermarket controllers that require you to modify the CART harness to match up with the CONTROLLER plug ins. Nearly all AllTrax require a modification to the blade connector.

My suggestions: WAIT until you speak with them (BU), after all - you did purchase the item from them. ASK why the instructions are missing and / or insufficient. LEARN that shopping by price can sometimes come at a cost.
