Re: new controller install ??????????
Unless something has changed since the last time I saw a PU controller you will have to cut the ends and match them up yourself. Does your new controller have 3 terminals and the plug on the cart has 4 wires? (White, red orange and black.) Find a stock schematic and figure out which wire goes where. There should have been install instructions in the box on how to do it. When you replace a stock series controller with something like an Alltrax AXE you have to do this....its not big deal.

Re: new controller install ??????????
I'm just wondering why you needed a 700 amp controller? Let's hope you already have 4 gauge wires?

Re: new controller install ??????????
The wires on the cart are easy, the terminals on the controller I have no idea. Hopefully someone who has bought one can pony up the terminal connections.
