Default RXV High Current Controller

Does anybody have any install documentation on the Danaher 350 AMP controller for the 48v RXV? I'm just trying to do a little research before I even consider taking that plunge. Any tips or quirks I should be aware of? $1300 is a lot of $$$. I have to say this thing is pretty tough when it comes to a mud hole as it is!! I would really like to have the additional torque and current. Although NO controller in the world would have helped me out of the hole I was in last night.

The stock is 230. I wish there were other options but this is the only one since it is an AC 3 phase motor.

funny thing is that 350 amp AC set up will out-perform a 500 amp dc cart. My next cart will be an AC drive.

Yes it does a pretty good job of keepin up or out performing some of the carts in our group. And it's still the stock controller. I'd really like to see what the high current one can do.

The 350a controller is a curtis retrofit kit, not a danaher controller as far as i know. It seems ezgo might have severed ties with danaher, i cant order a danaher controller from ezgo (stock or otherwise). It has an "adapter box" to connect the danaher harness plug to the curtis controller (different plug size). The conversion is pretty easy. And its pretty impressive. You unbolt the controller & bracket, install new bracket & controller. Hookup new cables & harness adapter box.

Thanks for the info. Data on this seems to be pretty scarce. I did see a video on ezgos YouTube page showing it in action and it took a 40% incline like a beast. That would be my one gripe is the lack of stock torque other than that it's pretty quick and maneuverable. I love the acceleration on it. Only in the early stages of even considering the upgrade and would really like to see some other performance data / videos but so far I'm liking what I'm seeing.
