97 TXT Shock Questions
I have a 97' TXT that I am in the process of restoring form the frame up. Actually, I got 2 carts for $300. I am robbing parts from both to try to make one operating cart.
My question is: I removed the front and rear shocks to sand blast and repaint the frame. I was surprised by how easily I could compress and extend the shocks by hand. Is it normal to be able to move them by hand? Thanks for the help! |

Re: 97 TXT Shock Questions
So I guess I don't need to replace them? Getting ready to sand them and repaint, but not going to spend the time if I'm going to have to replace them anyway.
Thanks! |

Re: 97 TXT Shock Questions
I have an 02 TXT and it is stiffer than stiff, I use it for golfing (I know surprise)and every little bump all the crap on my dash goes flying. The rental carts at the club dont seem as stiff.
