Exclamation Alltrax AXE 4855 controller

When you turn the key switch on the green led blinks 4 times indicating I have an ITS pedal system. My question is should the green light stay on after it blinks 4 times. In there mini manual it says "under normal status display" solid green means ready to run. I just get the solid green when I step on the pedal.

No, probably not at least.

In a typical EZGO series drive, the controller does not power up until the pedal is pushed, so every time the pedal is pushed with key on and direction selected, the LED will flash green a number of times (4 times when programmed for an ITS type throttle) and then goes to steady green. If the throttle signal is 100% and the controller is not in Amp limiting (500A in the case of a 4855), the steady green will change to amber.

The LED does not go steady green and does not turn amber? I did the Alltrax test using my multimeter in diode selection by testing B+ and B-. I get .5 volts??? I've changed the solenoid to a MZH 400 Amp,resistor, diode and new series cables. I've been working on my golf cart for 2 weeks. Now I don't get any LED or solenoid click when I step on the pedal and still doesn't move. HELP...

Take a picture (or several) of your setup including the wiring on the 4855. Also shoot the wires to the F/R. Post'em up so we can see your setup and diagnose

Yes each time you step on the pedal the control will blink to identify which throttle setting it is set to and then go either solid green or throw an error code which includes some red flashing. SO ? What do you got? Solenoid click?

Here are the images you requested. I found a red wire from the harness not connected to solenoid. I am getting a solenoid click now.

Two questions
1) what is the fuse on your B- wire going to.....it looks like it isn't connected
2) did you install the resistor on the solenoid?

1. On the Alltrax Guide : battery fuse - in example 2 shows the fuse on the controller B- bar.
2. Yes I installed resistor and diode with band on battery side of solenoid.

But the cable is supposed to connect to the other side of the fuse. Fuse doesn't do any good if nothing goes thru it. But that wouldn't cause the issue you are having
