Default Replaced batteries and now won't charge

Replaced 4 yr old batteries as they were severely slowing down. Up until this point charger was working as it should batteries were just spent. Cart ran like a new one after battery replacement. Now the charger won't come on at all. Counted and replaced all the aux. wires to the batteries. Any ideas where to look now? Thanks for any help!

Check to make sure the wires from the charger port are connected to the pack properly.

Hope I understand your reply.... Removed no wires from the charging port. Only from the pos. and neg. terminals on the front and rear passenger side batteries. Have a 12 volt convertor connected to the cart that powers radio and lights. Counted all the wires connected to both terminals and reconnected the same count.

Wires from charger port were not removed. However the white small wire coming from the charger port (reed switch as best I can tell) is broken and appears to have been that way for some time. Can not find the other end of it anywhere. Don't think that this affects charging but I am not sure of that.

Thanks for any help !!

Do understand that. Cart runs great just that the charger that was working fine until the battery swap now does not charge.

charging is separate from cart movement
