Question what should voltages be on 36v EZGO

What should the voltages be to the A1, A2 and S1, S2 motor terminals at full accelerator pedal? My EZGO won't go!

The voltages will vary depending upon your battery pack....lets start with your battery pack as we always do....what is the voltage reading across the whole pack is it above or below 36v? To continue testing it is safest to place the rear end up on jack stands......

What year and model is your cart? IS it a controller or resistor cart?

1991 marathon. How do I tell if controller or resistor? I believe it is controller because it has black box between batteries. Also see last reply, solenoid clicks when turned on or off not when accl. pressed.
