SOC voltmeter wiring question
So I purchased this voltmeter for my 2001 TXT PDS. My question is: How do I wire it so that it only comes on when I am using the cart i.e. when the key is on or the pedal is depressed? I have not hooked it up yet but I figure that if I connect to the +/- terminals of the battery pack it will be on all the time. Is this a correct assumption?

Re: SOC voltmeter wiring question
If you connect it directly to the pack then yes it will be on all the time. That being said, the current that unit will pull is almost nothing so it really wouldn't hurt the pack. If you want it to be switched just hook the - wire to the pack - and hook the + wire to the back of the key switch.
