Default EZGO PDS electrical issue

Been working on a 2001 EXGO PDS.

Everything on the cart is "dead". Batteries are charged full and all have good new wires. I have replaced the following parts from another working cart:

Controller, Solenoid, pedal micro switch, key switch, FNR switch and volatge meter.

Still nothing, cant get a buzz from reverse beeper, or the voltage meter to even light up.

Only thing I not swapped is the motor. Would a bad motor make behave in this fashion?

Thanks

No.
Sounds like you have no power to the key switch?

Sounds like you have no power to the key switch? Attached is the solenoid activation circuit. Start by checking for power between the keyswitch and the battery pack.

Step 1, check for power on the red wire coming out of the charger socket.

The place I'd start on this is checking the voltage on J1 Pins 4 & 5.

Pin-5 is supposed to have FULL pack voltage on it 100% of the time and Pin-4 is supposed to have voltage on it all the time except when a charger is plugged into the cart's charge port.

The controller is the voltage source for the Run/Tow switch, F/R switch, Key switch and pedal switch. Pins 4 & 5 are the voltage source for the controller, so if they don't have pack voltage on them, none of the switches will either.

----------
Small wire on backside of charge receptacle is a good first step, then go to Pins 4 & 5 if there is voltage there. (Pin-4 is the other end of that wire)

If you have voltage on the red wire at the socket, there is also a connection for it just to the right of the front passenger side battery in the loom that has the charger wires in it. I have seen that one break due to corrosion.

So the red wire that plugs into the rear of the charge socket? So using a volt meter I would put the positive in this wire and the negative on the battery pack negative?

Thanks for your help.
