Default Wiring for Voltage Reducer/New Key Switch

I recently installed a voltage reducer and voltage meter from Carts Unlimited , along with wiring harness for new head/tail lights and a Harley Davidson 3 position key switch. It appears I am not getting any power from the reducer.

Here is how I have everything set up:

Green wire from reducer to + post terminal on fuse block.

Black wire to main - batt

Red wire to main + batt

Yellow wire butt connected to key switch and voltage meter

3 position ignition - In the 2nd position the voltage Meter turns on but cart doesn't run. In 3rd position voltage meter is on and cart runs. (1st position is off)

The ignition has 3 wires - solid red, red with grey stripe and red with black strip. I believe solid red is +, red with grey stripe is for accessories, and red w black is ground.

The yellow wire from reducer is connected to the solid red wire of key switch. There are also two original wires (green and Blue) that connected to my original ezgo key switch. I now have the blue connected to the red wire with black stripe and green connected to the red wire with grey stripe on my new key switch.

Any information on where i have things wrong would be greatly appreciated!

Any idea where the problem may be based on this info?

Also, FYI - for the yellow wire from reducer, I have it connected to a butt connector on end and then split to the voltage meter and solid red wire from key switch if that helps in any way..

Here are the diagrams.
With the key on you should have 36v between yellow and black.
Yes or no?

I actually just realized you are probably asking me to check voltage w a Meter, which I did. I have 36v between red and black and have 36v between black and yellow

When the above conditions are met you should have 12-13v between the green and black wires
