Default 2010 ez-go txt has 48v but won't do anything

I have a 2010 ez-go txt, has brand new batteries. One day it worked fine and the next day wouldn't do anyghing. Lights work and charger percentage led comes on but nothing else works. I don't even hear the reverse buzzer when switched to reverse. Hopefully someone has a solution to my problem

Check the voltage on the blue wire coming out of the charge receptacle.

OK, I'll check that. What should it be? The same as battery voltage

Full pack voltage (~48v) when charger is not plugged in, nothing when charger is plugged in.

OK, I used multimeter to check blue wire going to charger receptical. I Placed black lead on negative battery term. and probed the blue wire with the red lead. The reading was 2.9 - 3.0

Bad charge port... You could bypass the charge interlock by unplugging the blue wire and putting 48v+ to the wire that plugged into the blue wire from charge port. You will be responsible for unplugging the charger before driving away.

There is actually a circuit board molded in the charge port. Not sure what part of the board fails. The blue wire tells the cart motor controller if the charger is plugged in (so it can refuse to run if it thinks it is plugged into the charger). We just told the motor controller that the charger is not plugged in.
