EZGO Wiring Help

Guys, I have a 97' EZGO TXT Series cart. I basically started with a frame, so I'm trying to put the wiring back from scratch. I do have a wiring harness that was laying in the battery compartment, so I'm trying to figure out what I have.
Questions:
I am putting in a Alltrax AXE controller. I have a red, green, back and white coming from the throttle box. The diagrams aren't real clear as to what goes where?
Also, on the charger, I have the two big leads + and -, but also have a small white wire. Where does this go? The manual shows it on a normally open contact on the F/R switch, but I am putting in a heavy duty F/R switch.

You need 2 diagrams below. print them both out. Everything you need to know is on these 2 diagrams

Mine is slightly different because I have the heavy duty F/R switch from you with the toggle style switch, but I think I have that part correct. I appreciate your help!!

You received a wire diagram with the reversing contactor that shows every wire needed in the cart. Make your cart look like the diagram I provided and it will run
