Default M298 cart new batteries won't go

I just replaced the batteries and cart was working fine. It has always had intermittent delays when pressing accelerator. I hear solenoid clicking when I press accelerator. I know it has a non-dcs controller but need a troubleshooting starting point. Could it be it needs an inductive throttle sensor?

Ran before you replaced the batteries and now it does not run? Start there... Did you perhaps get them in backwards?

I mention only because solenoids are generally not polarity specific.

Also it is possible that the new batteries are weak and/or defective. Thus it is always best to start trouble shooting from square one. Have you charged the new batteries and/or checked your overall pack voltage?

Also posting more specific info about your cart such as year, model, volts and other specific details such as controller make etc will help us to help you.

It's a 98 ezgo is all I know. I don't know how to find if it is a DS LS or anything else. I have 36 volts and batteries are charged
