dcs motor
Question: will a dcs motor work on a PDS cart, IF I change the controller to alltrax ?
I know post size on motor are different. Thanks sonny |

yes. you just need to call alltrax and make sure you have the right field map installed on your controller

Yes, the field windings on a stock DCS motors were labeled S1&S2.
A stock DCS motor has a bit more torque and a little less speed than a stock PDS motor. You need Field Map#3 for a DCS motor. |

Thanks all for the reply. Got the motor changed and it's working just fine.
