motor help
When driving my cart I have a loud noise coming from the motor. It sounds like like something is rubbing. I spoke to someone and they said something could have rusted and it just needs to run a bit for it to wear down but I'm a little nervous that I will have to replace it. If I'm forced to replace, do the motors that I see on ebay worth a crap, they around $300. Thanks

Re: motor help
Go to some local golf cart shops that custom build carts and price them. I'll bet you get better prices.

Those motors have a 12 month warranty, but you are talking $340 or so plus $40 for shipping. I'd call EMP just to see what their pricing would be before I bought the Ebay motor. I saw these on Ebay, they say nothing about a warranty but they do say *****ALL SALES FINAL - NO REFUNDS - NO EXCHANGES***** http://cgi.ebay.com/EZGO-ELECTRIC-VE...3A1%7C294%3A50 |
