Led control box
I am looking at adding LED strip lighting and they have a control box that are fed 12 Volt supply.
One controller box is Bluetooth to control the LEDs...turning on off and colors... Do you think it is necessary to put the controller on an on off switch? It would seem the controller would always be drawing power even if the lights were off. Skip Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk |

Re: Led control box
Mine had one installed and tapped (no switch) to the 12v tap of the stock lights (i.e. 2 batteries form the 36v pack) and those 2 batteries were dying after less than a year.
So I would not recommend it. Thanks to JohnnieB I was able to save those 2 batteries, and rewired the controller and the rest of the lights to a 12v accessory battery (under the driver seat) Check my post here: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...n-replace.html Anyway I'm a newbie so I'll let the experts speak |
