Here we go again.. Getting 36 volts to spin the tires may be a little tough.. XCT500 with the throttle ramped way up and a motor change might do it but when it stops at low 20s you won't be happy.. Didn't you used to say "Go big or go home.." ???

A 400XCTPDS has a peak output of 460amps and it can be set to ramp up very fast.... This is a good start to spinning those tires... on 42v IT WILL.
But I dunno about 36. I mean I don't know. PDS plays so well on 42v I haven't run a 36v PDS in years.

We have the same cart, year and color... I have 20 scorpion knobbies on mine. I am running the XCT500, D&D 502, 42v and having fun with it. It will do what you ask.

I have a 2008 PDS with the "Sleeper" look.

No visible changes on the outside other than adding TecScan LED lights.

Left the # on the sides so it looks like it is fresh buy form a golf course fleet rental.

The tires are only 17" tall, but you'd have to break out a yardstick to detect that and the smaller size adds something like 5.6% to the available torque.

The D&D ES-76-51 motor generates 30% more torque than stock while maintaining the max RPM of a stock PDS motor.

The XCT400 (460A peak) I'm running gives me about 53% more low end torque than a stock 300A PDS controller.

That adds up to nearly 89% more torque off the line than a stock PDS at 36V and the top speed ought to be close to 24 MPH at 36V.

I've never ran that combination at 36V, but I suspect it would be able to spin the tires on dry pavement off the line with the proper controller programming.

I run at 42V, so I have and additional 16.7% torque gain, giving me a total a bit over twice the stock torque off the line and a top speed of 28 MPH.
