37.2 volts??
The other day I pick up a lifted 36 volt ezgo. I'm not sure of the year. The Id plate was missing. However it has the rocker switch on the dash. So I assume it is 2005 ish.
When I got the cart it had been sitting approx 1 year and the Trojan t105 were dead. I filled them with water then charged each one enough to get the charger to cut on.After approx 12 hours the charger cut off. I rode the cart approx 5 minutes then i put it back on the charger. After the second charge i had 44 volts. After I let it sit over night i checked the pack voltage and i only have 37.2. Each battery is between 6.0 and 6.2 volts. When i ride it is slow and i feel like it is going die any time. The batteries are 6 years old. Am I to assume that all the batteries are bad since all the voltages are similar.Or Is there something else I should check. Thank for any help |
