Need help again
I washed my batteries yesterday now my cart is a paper weight. Solenoid clicks, won't move. I've had this problem before but never really figured out what it is. It normally resolves on is own. Last time I removed the molex connector of doom. ITS never seems wet. I measured between b- and m- and only get 27v goes to 0v when I press the pedal. Pack is at 50.4v. I also measured between the black and white ITS wires while connected to the controller. 9v down to 6v when pedal is pressed. As I understand I should have pack voltage between b-and m-. I'm going to go thru the whole diagnostic procedure tomorrow. Any guesses what might be going on? I'm real careful not to get the controller solenoid area wet. I'll post my results from the test tomorrow.

Re: Need help again
I figured that much. It is a repeat offender, whatever it is. Would the normal diagnostic help me find what is getting wet?

Re: Need help again
I went thru all the diagnostics. The only thing out of sorts was its 9.50v to 5.5v with pedal pressed. Right when I got done with the last check it started going again. How in the world will I ever find out what is getting wet? My batteries gas a lot; ive got to wash them off. It's a pain in the butt killing the cart for two days to do maintenance. The only thing I can think might be getting wet it the its but I do not wash the floor. Is it possible to get the its wet from the battery compartment? My solenoid, axe, and f&r never get wet. Where I cut out the molex plug is all heatshrinked properly. Those wires are over in the dry area anyway. Idk. It's going for now at least.

Re: Need help again
Could be the throttle electronics. Make sure you don't overfill your batteries. Never fill them except right after a full charge. The level rises during a charge.
