Default Key won't turn on my controller

So I have the Alltax 600DCX. My key will no longer turn on the controller. I check loop continuity in the switch and that's fine. I'm not getting 48v to the switch. The Controller has 48v. Tow switch is on. I checked the voltage out of the white and white/yellow wire at the harness. 0 volts. What am I missing? Is there a fuse?

Default Re: Key won't turn on my controller

The keyswitch only turns on a DCX controller in a PDS cart if there isn't a charger plugged in, the Run/Tow is in Run and a direction is selected on the F/R switch. Attached is a schematic with the voltage to Pin-6 at the controller highlighted. (Pack voltage on Pin-6 is what actually turns the controller on, if there is pack voltage on Pins 9 & 10)

Starting at the reed switch, the voltage to the keyswitch goes through the PDS to DCX adapter to Run/Tow switch, then back through the adapter to the F/R switch, then through one of the two diodes in the adapter to the keyswitch. (Then it goes back into the adapter to Pin-6)

First place I'd check for voltage is the smaller of the three wires coming out of the charge receptacle.

Thanks for the great info. I just realized I had my F/R switch unplugged. That was a blonde moment!
