Help with noise
Been working on my cart...txt DCS cart...
Have not installed controller yet, but when pushing the cart in and out of garage to work on it, I noticed a noise coming from the back. I want to say it is coming from the motor. Every time the wheels make a revolution you hear some sort of rubbing or faint type noise. Are there some sort of brushes in the motor that something like this is normal? Have not had the cart that long so I don't know if i should look closer? Controller is not hooked up at this point. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk |

Re: Help with noise
If its once per wheel revolution, Probably brake drums scuffing on the shoes (normal).

I just dont remember this noise before when pushing the cart out.
Can the motor make a scuffing type noise when pushing the cart and if so, is that a problem? Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk |

Re: Help with noise
Motor does not make a scuffing noise. I agree that it is most likely a brake drag. If you jack it up, you can turn the wheels without turning the motor to prove it.
