Default 95 EZGO Solenoid Melter

New to the Forum...I appreciate experience in this area......The thing is this, after the most recent solenoid melted, I noticed a big healthy spark from the battery post when I disconneced the terminal-even though the switch was off, charger disconnected, acc pedal up, and gear selector N...It would be reasonable to me that no current would be available at the battery when all switches were off...what is the sequence of things to check?
Again, THANKS!!! Had this posted in the wrong place...this is an electric cart

A DCS cart will have a toggle switch on the controller cover.

Only thing I can offer is a DCS troubleshooting guide. Two .pdf files. PM or post email address if you would like me to send you the files.

That, and do the usual checking of all cable and control wire connections.
