Default Ez Go 36v electric will not move

We just put new batteries in this and new 2 gauge wires . Now it will not move forward or backward . Can hear the solenoid clicking I think . Not very familiar with the electric carts . Any help would be appreciated . Last year it seems we had the same issue where it would sometimes not work
But after some playing around I would finally start going . No such luck this year . Thanks . Do not have a volt meter handy at the moment . Anything I can check ?

I would go back through and recheck all the cables and make sure the connections are tight and make sure the circuit is installed right and complete from the battery install

First your probably going to need a DVM. Lets get this right the cart was running fine before you changed the batteries and put on new 2 ga cables right?

Get the rear end off the ground on jack stands or blocks to keep it from taking off on you. Remove the seat and put the run/tow switch to run, put f/r to forward now slowing press the gas pedal down and see if the solenoid is clicking.

Well no , last season the batteries where really dieing and would hardly run. And then once in awhile we would go to use and it like
Not go forward or reverse . We would kinda mess with everything and it would finally go. Not any one thing would make it go every time . So put up for winter and just got out . Installed 6 new batteries and replaced all the cables with 2 ga cause some where corroded threw . And now we have not gotten to
Go anywhere this year. Been messing with it all day , I'll get it up in air tomorrow and see if solenoid is clicking . I'm pretty sure it is , we are at camping resort so don't have my regular tools .

Ok here is a troubleshooting guide to help you out. You will need that DVM.

So the solenoid seems to be clicking, where do I go now ? I don't understand wiring diagrams that well . Is there anything common that I should be checking ?
