Re: Microswitch
Which micro switch. Maybe that model only has one? But if you bypass the petal micro switch I don't think it will recognize your petal input?

Re: Microswitch
If cart is running it is not the pedal switch. Does it beep when you roll it with the brake off?

Re: Microswitch
Have you put it in diagnosis mode to listen for codes? Key off, cart in neutral, Rock fnr switch from n to r 5 times then back to N. Now drive it and listen for codes.

Re: Microswitch
Let's go back to square one.
You have a 2009 36V PDS. Correct? You say it is going at half speed. What speed (MPH) do you expect it to go and what speed is it going? (The top speed of a stock 36V PDS is 13.5, 14.5 or 19.0 MPH depending on which speed chip is installed) Does it go half speed forward and full speed in reverse? (If the F1 & F2 cables are swapped, this is what happens) -------------- In your other thread, you mentioned you got 14.4V on the white wire (which is J4 Pin-4). Did you ever check the voltage on the black wire (J4 Pin-3) with pedal up and pedal down? (Pin-4 is the source voltage for the ITS sensor ---- Pin-3 is the throttle signal to the controller) |
