rhino liner and the battery box
has anyone used a bed liner product to cover the frame for the batteries?...i was thinking of doing this and wondered if anyone has done this before and are there any potential drawbacks...... what do you think?

Re: rhino liner and the battery box
I did mine on a club car. Cleaned all the corrosion off with battery acid cleaner the used a wire brush and wire wheel to clean even further. Then used http://shop.advanceautoparts.com/p/d...ck+bed+coating to coat the tray nice. Easy to use and found at advanced auto parts. I'll have more pics up on a build thread within the next week once I've finished putting everything back together.

I did mine with POR15
The starter kit comes with cleaner, degreaser, and the Por15 product. It was like magic turning the rust into a solid surface... Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk |

Re: rhino liner and the battery box
I do have a gas cart that I did this to. I also have a 72 cushman electric that the battery rack was destroyed so I had a new one made out of a bed frame and then I primed, painted and applied bedliner coating.
