Default no power, bad motor

hi guys, got a problem with my cart, its a 90 model electric. It wont even untrack itself. Jacked up it spins the tires up to speed, just no low end torque.
After researching this site this is what I have. New batteries at 6.34,6.34,6.31,6.33,6.33 and6.27. Key on solenoid clicks and you can feel the motor try but not enough umphh. pack voltage around 38.03. I believe it is a Curtis controller and testing B- to M- I have 37.72 at solenoid click and it drops as accelerated. I also ohmed the pot at .3 resting to 6.39 at WOT. back to the controller I have M- to B+ 0-36.30 at WOT. So im thinking the motor is toast, just wanted some more opinions or confirmations as I am not a cart mechanic by no means. Also I did notice the A1 terminal quite warmer then the A2 on the motor. like I couldn't touch it for more than a few seconds.
thanks for your time! Also I hope I post this in the right spot as this is my first post, thanks again!

We need to get you the diagram on how to wire the motor up to test it. Basically you just use like 3 batteries in a series and direct wire it up with like jumper cables and tap them for a split second to see if the motoR revs up.

You may want to remove the motor and see if the brushes are excessively warn or broken.

yea it will rev up without a load on the jack, I have been in the motor, I put new brushes and one terminal insulator in it because it was a little off center or melted from heat which may be the initial problem possibly in the windings or something. All the wires and terminals look and feel good. Yea i would like to hook up direct to the pack and see if it pulls if I knew which terminals to go to? Thinking about taking it to a motor guy, replacements are high dollar! Almost like working on a boat lol. thanks guys!

You can send your motor into plum quick and it's like $230 they rebuild it. That doesn't seem that expensive to me?

I am with scotty b I would pull the motor and check the brushes, if the motor will go with the wheels jacked up and no load but not when it is under load the brushes are most likely worn out. Nevermind I just went back through and saw I missed the post where you had already checked the brushes.

You can usually find a local motor guy to check it out.
