Default SloGo Medalist

There must be something going on with my cart. 95 Medalist with 6 new Dekas, SPM48500 controller, HD solenoid, reverse contactor, 2g cables, 23 inch tires, stock motor and my max is 14 mph. What do I need to check?

My 94 medalist with 500 amp alltrax, hd solenoid, hd f/r switch, 2ga cables, stock motor, 8 6v batteries, and 22" tires tops out around 17 mph (but it will pull the front wheels off the ground!).If your still running 36v 14 mph might be it?

Check on the price of upgrading to a 42V or 48V battery pack.

You are getting about all you are going to get at 36V in a 95 Medalist series drive, I explained it in this thread: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...e-speed-8.html

Theoretically, you ought to get about 17MPH at 42V and about 19MPH at 48V.
