EZ Go TXT Wont Move
Golf cart was working fine, got off to grab a cold one, hopped back on and nothing. I've tried my best to troubleshoot this without a post, but I just cant figure out whats wrong. Voltage at batteries is 37.9v after charging 12 hours last night. Solenoid clicks when pedal is pressed. Battery side solenoid terminal is at 37.8v, on controller side is 36.5v. Voltage at -B and -M of speed control box is 37v, and when I press the pedal it drops to 27v. Does any of this sound problematic or are the other things I can check or test? Thanks for any help!!

Sorry, the model on the sticker says TXTECSTL, the date code says C0607.

If the solenoid clicks and you read pack voltage between the controller's B- and M- terminals. Push the pedal to the floor and the voltage should decrease to zero. If not, either the controller or the ITS is bad.

The voltage from the -B and -M terminals starts at 37.2v but only goes to 27.2v when the pedal is fully pushed.

So after many hours of troubleshooting this, I finally discovered the problem. The 5 wire connector that plugs into the controller had a bad connection on the white wire. I've rigged it to work for now but I'd ultimately like a new connector. Problem is I can't seem to find them for sale. Anyone know where I can buy oneż
