Default 36 volt charger

I am having an issue with my charger. The needle is showing 3 amps. It was working right not too long ago. Does anyone have any suggestions what might be wrong? Thanks.

But seriously , I'm sure johnny will be along in a second and tell you what to look at.

I want to upgrade to a 42volt system but I would have to hide a new charger from the wife. Lol. Figured it would be cheaper to fix this one.

I had one do that and it was because a spider got in it and made a web.. Little shot of compressed air took care of mine.

Update...when I opened up the charger there was a wire that was broke on the capacitor. Put a new end on it and it's working fine now. :)
