My cart is a DCS not a fleet so someone can tell me if I am out of line but by looking at the fleet wiring diagram there is a device(ITS) under the floormat which is not techically a pot but a inductive throttle sensor that if not properly adjusted will not give you full throttle if not properly adjusted and I believe that is what is being talked about. I can not remember the specifics but when you replace it which I have done on my cart you use a small drill bit for proper spacing of it at full throttle.

The ITS is used in all TXT controller carts the same way.

I took a look at my ITS this weekend hoping that it could use a little adjustment to get a little more throttle out of it. I checked the spacing between the plunger and the housing with a 17/64" bit as the manual stated and the gap was a little bigger, however the manual also states that throttle fully engaged the plunger should be flush or a little past the end of the housing. Mine was about a 32nd past the housing so I didnt make any adjustments. Oh well, it was worth a look.
