Lightbulb Golf Cart Trailer ?

Has anyone figured out how to secure a golf cart without straps everytime. I found the picture below. I would like to know what it is called so i can look for something similar. I would like to be able to drive on the trailer and strap the tires to something similar.

Not sure I understand where you're headed with this one, you don't want to strap the cart but will strap the tires?
Anywhooo, I tiedown at frame points when trailering so the suspension isn't cycling and the cart isn't bouncing/ swaying as you travel.
Back to your Idea, you don't even need those trays, Mount a "D" ring behind and in front of each tire and run your ratchet strap over the diameter of it.

My trailer is 5 x 10 with a expanded metal gate and up until a few days ago I didn't tie mine down because the trailer has a 12" rail around it. But I got to thinking about me hitting someone or something and then getting hit in the back of the head by my cart !

I went and bought some straps that day.

I use one stap on the front of this rig. Cart axle to trailer tongue. It is a daily driver but, I drive reasonable and defensively

Those are cool, I wonder if they are wide enough to handle a 10 or 11 inch tire ? I'm also assuming the price is for 1, if you wanted 2 it would set you back a few benjamins !

THis trailer also has a set of hooks beside the floor. Some guys throw a strap accross the fllor to hold is down and center....I have a set of hooks at the rear also you can run a strap over the hitch with a single wrap and the cart ain't going anywhere...... The cart on the trailer in your avatar is tied down by the seat hip restaints....Lift the seat and see how little is holding the restraints on That really is not a good place to tie

I used to race Modified stock cars a few years back. One night on the way to the races, I blew a rear tire on the truck. The car was on a 24 ft flatbed trailer. Most guys used just ratchet straps to the frame, but I used the tire bonnets like the ones posted by Groundpounder. Long story short, lost control of the trailer, went into a ditch, truck ended up on its side, trailer on its side, racecar..... Still attached to the trailer!!!! The car was the only thing that came out undamaged... Use the bonnets if you can find them.
