I am not familiar withe the electronics in this cart. Can anyone help me. Is this a toaster oven or will it have a controller. If I buy it i have plans to rebuild.

250 is worth it and dont worry you would upgrade all of it anyway. Go with a conversion kit and reversi g contactor setup.
