Default SB50 Charge connector

My SB50 connection is kind of loose. Should I replace with new SB50 connections on the charger and cart or should I take the opportunity to go with a different style connector? It's for a 91 Marathon 36v, original charger. I will be going to 48v and DPI charger on the next battery replacement in about 2 years.

Nothing wrong with the Anderson SB50 connection in 36 or 48v. This is a common & reliable connector. Your contacts are 25 yrs old so replacing them would be a good idea

Thanks. Went to order and see there are a ton gauges available for the contact. I'm not by the cart to double check. I think I need 6ga for the cart side and 10ga for the charger, can someone verify for me?
