Ezgo 2004 txt pds only has reverse

Ok I have a 2004 ezgo 36v txt pds cart that suddenly after going across my cattle guard and headed down or hill it lost power in forward so I thought and put it in reverse and it worked went in reverse as normal so I switched it to forward and pressed pedal and it still went in reverse but much faster than normal reverse position.... Any help will be wonderful.... Not sure if I have bad f/r switch. Or faulty contrôlée or possible loose wire that has shorted across. Thanks in advance for any clues.

What you describe is textbook OEM controller failure. You can swap the White and Black 10g spade connected wires on the controller top left side... this will give you forward only so you can use the cart while you chop around for the lowest price on the internet for XCT400PDS.

Ok thank you very much I'll try that tomorrow eve... Are you talking about swapping the f1 and f2 or the b+ and b- wires on the controller?....
