BIGGGGG changes!!!!!! NEED ALOT OF HELP!
ok, so everyone here has always been a big help with the stuff in the past, so heres what me and some of my friends are doing for a extreme project. so i have a 1995 ezgo medelist. its already lifted. but were tired of the batteries for off road. we know this project will be ALOT of work. but its something that we wanna do and all will enjoy. so were takeing all the plastics and fabricateing them out of sheet metal. and takeing the batteries out of it. were hopeing a 200cc motor in it, and wondering if that will be enough?
our other ? is that we need some tips on switching up the rear end for gas. ALL sugestions welcome, even if off topic. we just want to make it the most hard core off road thing any of us have! thanks alot guys, and hopefully this will be a big hit on here and get lots of answers! |

Electric to gas?
Lots of work/fab. Are you sure you won't be better served selling the electric for a gasser to mod? |

PG my thoughts to. They will need a new rear end for reverse, fuel tank and on and on.
But I don't want to discourage them, I just remember ELV who put so much work and cash into his and had to sell it. |

Re: BIGGGGG changes!!!!!! NEED ALOT OF HELP!
And a very good Question at that PG knows more about Golf Carts than most of our members. So, you might want to listen when he questions your plans... He is not saying they can't do it or that it won't be fun if they do.
I'm saying that a good gas rearend will be $300 and that is just the start of what will turn out to be an expensive project.... also they need to think big and get a 600cc motor so they won't be disappointed when it is complete. Well.... Good Luck Boys! We will help if we can.... |
