ezgo txt stereo install question
ok so I have a Kenwood 4 channel Bluetooth amp and 4 Polk Audio db651 6.5" speakers that I am about to install but having a hard time deciding where to mount speakers. I am thinking of installing two in the kick plate under the front seat. I am nervous about cutting in to my body though. Will they sound good mounted there? I would also like to install the other two between the front and rear seats in some type of box. I am having a hard time finding an enclosure that will fit there though. Anyone here have any suggestions or pics of a similar install?

Re: ezgo txt stereo install question
I put two in the factory speaker pods just under the dash and two through the black plastic motor cover in between the front and rear seats. They are matching 6.5" marine speakers and sound pretty good. They were lacking in bass, so I added a powered Bazooka subwoofer to the bag well. It rocks now. Here are a few pictures.

Re: ezgo txt stereo install question
Nice. Do you like the pods? I like how you put two facing up between seats. I'm probably going to add a bazooka tube also. Yours an 8"?
