Default Removing the front Cowl on a 1991 EZ-GO Marathon Golf Cart

I figured this would be real easy on our newly purchased 1991 EZ-GO golf cart because the Cowl was missing so it is just a matter of slapping on a new one. Boy, was I wrong. I'm at the point where I know I need to take out the cup holder and dash. Expected screws and found rubber rivets?? Do I break or drill out the rubber rivets? If so, where do I find new ones? There are two rivets at the top and two at the bottom of the cup holder. Then there are two more in each of the two bars below the dash which run to the floor. Do they all have to come out. Once the rivets are out and if the cup holder comes out what is holding in the dash? Maybe I should just send the new Cowl back???

Well, with no replies I decided to drill out the two plastic rivets on the top of cup holder and the two plastic rivets at the bottom of the cup holder. Not sure that was right but the center piece which includes the cup holder came off. Now I need to remove the glove box which runs the entire length of the dash so I can get to the cowl bolts but I can't see what is holding it in....

Sorry I did not see this - The glove box is a wedge fit, Try to wrangle it out without cracking it to pieces... they get brittle with age. Behind that is the real challenge. There are as many as 6-10 small bolts holding the cowl on behind the glove box. These are small and likely rusty - most will shear before they unbolt.
It seems the Marathon body was not meant to be removed. The TXT was just the opposite. Good Luck
